Denny holds college degrees in sociology, psychology and education from Western Michigan University and a master’s degree in counseling from Central Michigan University. He has held jobs in all five critical areas of a business including; finance, marketing, human resources, operations and management. He has been the HR and operations manager of the one of the World’s largest private label pharmaceutical company. He has also been the state manager of a multi-million-dollar sales company with 61 locations.
Denny has help hundreds of entrepreneurs turn their business into a thriving, growing, valuable, owner- independent self - managing business.
He has taught and coached hundreds of clients. Including at least 39 different industries. Denny conducted business assessments and plans on behalf of the Commerce Department for the State of Michigan’s “Growth Margin” Program.
He made his living for many years teaching people how to start and run profitable small businesses through a Wayne State University distributorship. Denny has taught marketing to companies through a state grant on behalf of the Allegan Alliance. He has provided training in management and leadership skill development for six colleges and universities.
Denny has started, owned and managed six profitable businesses.
He is the owner of Bowersox Business Coaching LLC, which is a success in helping small companies in these areas: Start up, sales/marketing, finance, HR, operations and leadership.
Denny is the author of two published books.
